A gift I once wished I could give my mother became the reason LushJ exists.
Growing up, I always dreamed of surprising my mother with a beautiful piece of jewellery — not because it was grand or expensive, but to give her something that reminded her how much she meant to me. Like many dreams we carry as children, life moved faster than expected. Responsibilities came first, and that simple wish stayed quietly in my heart. Eventually I realized the greatest gift I could give her was something she’d wanted all along: the chance to build something of her own. That dream became our beginning.
My mother has always been more than a homemaker. She had the quiet strength of a leader and the courage of a dreamer who believed she was meant for more. Someone who spent her life putting her family first, while carrying a quiet dream of creating her own identity and leaving her own mark on the world.
Inspired by her spirit, I left my corporate career as a Video Editor and Graphic Designer to do something meaningful together and we started building Lush Jewellers — not simply as a jewellery brand, but as a tribute to her dream and to every woman who has ever dared and will dare to believe in her dreams and what she was capable of more.
What started as a family dream soon became a shared purpose: a brand rooted in emotion, confidence, and elegance. From our first steps on Amazon and Instagram to where we are today, LushJ has grown through love, belief, and the support of my mother and sisters — the women who continue to shape the soul of this brand. Every step of our journey has been guided by their strength and my gratitude.
