At Lush Jewellers (LushJ), every piece is packed with care and checked before dispatch. We want you to receive your jewellery in perfect condition and shop with confidence. If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will review the issue fairly and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Return Eligibility :

We accept returns

  • The item is visibly damaged on arrival
  • The item is defective on arrival
  • The wrong product was delivered

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind.
  • Size issues( Please look at the size carefully while ordering).
  • Minor design or colour variations caused by photography, screen settings, or handmade finishing.
  • Products that have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products without original packaging, tags, or accessories.
  • Claims raised after the return window has expired.

Because jewellery is a delicate product category, all items are checked before shipping.

Unboxing Video Requirement :

To help us verify any issue quickly, a full continuous 360° unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The unopened parcel
  • The shipping label
  • The opening of the package
  • The product condition immediately after opening
  • Any visible damage, missing parts, or mismatch

Claims without an unboxing video may be rejected.

Return Request Timeline :

You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Full unboxing video
  • A short explanation of the issue

Requests raised after 3 days may not be eligible for return or refund.

Return Process :

Once your request is received:

  1. Our team will review your claim and supporting evidence.
  2. If approved, we will share return instructions.
  3. The product must be returned securely in its original condition and packaging.
  4. Once the item reaches us, it will be inspected.
  5. If the return is approved after inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

Please do not send items back without prior approval.

Refund Policy :

Refunds are initiated only after:

  • The returned item is received by us
  • The item passes inspection
  • The return is approved by our team

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment gateway or bank.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • COD charges, if applicable, are non-refundable
  • Any reverse shipment charges, if applicable, may be deducted as per case review

Replacement Policy :

Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for approved damage or defect claims, subject to product availability. If the item is unavailable, a refund may be processed instead.

Shipping Charges :

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or explicitly approved by our team in a specific case. Any reverse shipment charges, if applicable, may be deducted as per case review
