We are committed to delivering your jewellery safely, securely, and on time. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched through trusted courier partners to ensure a smooth shopping experience from checkout to delivery
Order Processing & Dispatch :
We strive to get your beautiful pieces to you as quickly as possible. Please note our standard processing times:
- Stock-ready products are generally dispatched within 24–48 hours.
- Estimated delivery time 3-4 business days. These estimates depend on your specific pincode and the items you’ve chosen.
- All order processing occurs on business days only, which are Monday through Saturday, from 9 am to 5 pm IST. Orders placed on Sundays, holidays, or after 5 pm IST are processed the next business day. All packages are delivered Monday through Saturday.
- Stock items ship out within 24 – 48 hours, unless otherwise noted.
Large quantity purchases may add 1 – 3 business days to shipping. Item(s) may also be bulk packed. - Items which are made to order ship out in 2-3 business days.
- Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday).

Estimated delivery timelines are calculated after dispatch and may vary based on:

- Pincode serviceability
- Courier network availability
- Weather or regional restrictions
Domestic Shipping (India)
- Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges :
- Prepaid Orders : Free shipping across India for order value above Rs. 699.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) : ₹109 COD handling charge is applicable.
(COD not available for Ethnic, Kundan and AD Jewellery.) - Lush Jewellers(LushJ) reserves the right to disable COD on selected products, high-risk orders, or certain locations without prior notice.
International Shipping :
- Estimated delivery time: 18–20 working days
- Delivery duration may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Customs clearance
- Import regulations
- Local courier operations
- International Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and package weight.
International customers may be required to pay:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT/GST
- Other country-specific charges
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Lush Jewellers(LushJ).
Order Tracking :
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via:

- WhatsApp (where applicable)
You can track your shipment through our “Track Your Order” section or directly through the courier partner’s official tracking portal( Delhivery).
Delays & Delivery Exceptions :
While we work closely with reliable logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Operational disruptions
- Remote-area delivery limitations
- Courier delays
- Government restrictions or unforeseen events
Lush Jewellers(LushJ) shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
Unserviceable Locations :
In rare cases, certain pincodes may become temporarily unserviceable after order placement.
If this happens:
- Our support team will contact you directly
- Alternative shipping options may be offered
- If delivery is not possible, a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries :
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Name
- Address
- Contact details
- Pincode
Lush Jewellers(LushJ) is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information submitted by the customer.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
additional reshipping charges may apply.
